We greatly respect your individual privacy. We will never sell or give away your email address, or your other personal information

We will only email you about promotions, specials or news that are of interest to you based on your personal preferences

You may unsubscribe to remove your name and/or other information from our email list or any mailing list

Siedlik Bakery will only use Personal Preference Information ("PPI") to offer their customers information and discounts on products that a customer has indicated they want to hear about.

PPI is collected by the Company when a customer voluntarily provides such information to the Company or one of its third party partners. PPI is personal information linked to individual, such as name, e-mail address, zip code, gender, birth date, anniversary date, or lifestyle and personal interest information. If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it.

The Company collects PPI when users respond to an advertisement, survey, register for email announcements or newsletters, register for product discounts, or enter a sweepstakes promoted by the Company or its partners. In addition, selected third-party partners of the Company will share personal information with the Company about their consumers that have consented to the sharing of their personal information with third parties.

The Company uses PPI to:
Ensure that customers receive products and information that they request; Deliver permission-based direct marketing messages, email newsletters and email advertisements based on a customer's expressed interests or on characteristics of similar customers; andDeliver mailings or e-mail messages to those users that have submitted their e-mail addresses or postal addresses directly to the Company.

The Company may use a third party service provider to provide a product or service on its behalf that you have requested, such as email announcements, advertising, promotions or newsletters. The Company requires these service providers to agree to use personal information of subscribers only for the purposes of carrying out these operations and to adhere to the terms of this policy.

The Company, or a third party acting on its behalf, may monitor the readership levels of the Company's HTML users to help identify aggregate trends in its service's usage so the Company can be sure that it is doing everything possible to create products that are of the highest value to its customers. The Company may recognize when the email was opened, which URLs were clicked and some information about the message in which the URL was found to help identify aggregate trends in usage. The Company never shares information about individual usage.
