A Kolace is a Czech pastry with a fruit or cheese filling. Siedlik Bakery offers apricot, cheese, cherry, poppyseed and prune. Kolace are good anytime of day with a warm cup of coffee. Our kolace are sold by the half dozen. Mix and match the flavors to your liking.
